Distinguished Speaker: Benjamin Wilson
Benjamin Wilson is a distinguished litigation and international arbitration attorney recognized by Bloomberg as one of the top 40 lawyers under 40. He maintains an active practice across Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey, serving clients across diverse industries including real estate, energy, healthcare, and technology in high-stakes commercial disputes. His expertise spans international arbitration, having represented clients before panels in Zurich, London, and New York City, as well as domestic arbitrations through AAA and JAMS. Wilson demonstrates a strong commitment to pro bono work and charitable service, serving as a board trustee for the Public Interest Law Center in Philadelphia and Inwood Academy for Leadership. He made notable contributions to significant legal cases, including the capital habeas petition in Buck v. Davis regarding racial bias in court determinations.

Distinguished Speaker: Lori Armstrong Halber
Lori Armstrong Halber, a Fox alum, is a labor and employment attorney who combines business strategy expertise with extensive litigation and traditional labor law experience. She has played a key role in industry-shaping cases, including PCC Structurals, and has achieved significant jury trial victories in disability, harassment, and retaliation cases. Her MBA-influenced approach emphasizes proactive risk mitigation and workforce optimization to enhance employer profitability. Lori serves as regional committee co-chair of the ABA's Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA and contributes to the Developing Labor Law treatise. She excels in NLRB representation, grievance arbitrations, and labor relations counseling, including successful negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.

Distinguished Speaker: Erin Randolph-Williams
Erin Randolph-Williams advises clients on their employee benefits–related problems including the design, implementation, and administration of cash or deferred compensation arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements. Erin negotiates employment agreements and severance arrangements for senior executives and advises clients on all employee benefits and compensation-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, sales, and spin-offs.

Distinguished Speaker: Ester Adeyemi
Esther Adeyemi is an associate practicing environmental law who previously served as a summer associate with her firm in 2022 and 2023. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where she was an executive notes editor for their emerging technologies journal. Before pursuing law, Esther served in the Peace Corps as a Youth in Development Volunteer in Amazonas, Peru. She also worked as a workforce training coordinator for Philadelphia's city government. Her educational background and diverse experience in public service complement her current role in environmental law.

Salvation Army Volunteer Event

Volunteers will help with different community center projects which may include sorting/organizing donations, packing hygiene kits for their shelters, and trash removal outside their building.

Distinguished Speaker: Stephen Vanyo
Stephen E. Vanyo, Esq., a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law, is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and specializes in intellectual property protection, licensing, and contract negotiation in music, film, sports, and more. He is certified as a contract advisor with the NFLPA and is registered as a Name, Image, and Likeness Agent for NCAA athletes in several states. His recent accomplishments include drafting agreements for a Netflix documentary, advising on music rights, and securing trademarks for a rock band. Beyond law, Stephen is a passionate musician, having performed with notable artists and managed his own band's tours. Recognized as a 2023 Super Lawyers “Rising Star,” he is frequently quoted in media and speaks at entertainment industry events.

Distinguished Speaker: Christopher McLoon
Christopher McLoon is a tax law specialist who advises businesses, investors, and real estate developers, with expertise in partnerships and limited liability companies. He structures complex business transactions to optimize both business outcomes and tax benefits, including arrangements for foreign and tax-exempt investors using various entity types. Christopher has significant experience with tax credits, including low-income, historic, new markets, and renewable energy credits. His previous experience includes partnership roles at a Boston-based firm and chairing the affordable housing practice group at a Portland, Maine, law firm. Christopher holds an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU Law School, earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School, and has received numerous professional recognitions, including Best Lawyers' "Lawyer of the Year."
